In selecting a location for the baseball-themed birthday party, consider a local stadium, ballpark or softball field where the children can enjoy participating in a quick game. If this is the selected location, it's a good idea to take the upcoming weather into consideration. Unless you want the big game to be rained out, select a day with predicted sunshine. A local batting cage may also be a fun idea for a birthday party surrounded by the theme of baseball. No birthday party is complete without the proper decorations. An appearance fee will likely be required and will be determined based on the popularity of the celebrity, their time spent, travel distance and other factors. In addition to being a memorable guest of the birthday party, the presence of a professional athlete or coach will also provide plenty of photo opportunities. When all of the plans are confirmed, the invitations should be mailed. Birthday party invitations should indicate several very specific factors, including the date, time and place of the event. If planning a baseball theme, perhaps the invitation image would convey the same. If the majority of guests are enrolled in school, the best time to hold the party would likely be on a Saturday.
